Contribution: Performed a disease association study using logistic regression to determine if HLA Class I alleles that were identified as “high-risk” or “low-risk” in severe aplastic anemia based on mutation rate were also identified as “high-risk” or “low-risk” based on allele frequencies in a cohort of cases and controls from the National Marrow Donor Program.
